Pay: $20 – $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (OT and weekends as needed based on production)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator (Kubota Equipment) to join a team supporting construction, landscaping, and site preparation projects. The role involves operating equipment safely, following site plans, and assisting with additional tasks when needed. Key Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer (Kubota) equipment to move earth, gravel, debris, and other materials.
• Perform grading, trenching, backfilling, and site cleanup tasks.
• Load and unload materials using attachments such as buckets, forks, or augers.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Follow site plans, supervisor instructions, and safety protocols.
• Assist with manual labor tasks when equipment is not in use.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating skid steer equipment (Kubota preferred).
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
• Ability to read site plans and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
