Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Location: Sapulpa, OK
Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday – Friday (some Saturdays required)
Pay Rate: $16.00–$18.00/hour
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Mechanical Assembler to build air-cooled heat exchangers at a manufacturing facility in Sapulpa, OK. This position requires the use of hand tools, blueprint reading, and operation of industrial equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and plasma cutters. The role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of assembly experience looking to grow within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assemble air-cooled heat exchangers using hand tools and blueprints
• Operate overhead cranes, plasma cutters, grinders, and forklifts
• Accurately read and measure with a tape measure
• Assemble components including condensers, boxes, and coils for HVAC systems
• Assist with general tube pushing and other shop tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of assembly experience
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Strong ability to read and use a tape measure
• Familiarity with reading blueprints
