Job Title: Fiber Production Operator
Pay: $17/hr
Shift: Night Shift – Monday through Thursday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Claremore, OK

Position Overview:
Stand-By Personnel is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrospinning (Fiber) Production Operator to join our team in the textile industry. Ideal candidates will have experience in textile manufacturing or converting, with specific knowledge of web path handling and tension control. This position provides opportunities for long-term growth within a rapidly expanding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage production processes in an electrospinning textile environment.
• Monitor and adjust web path tension to maintain production and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain production equipment for efficient and continuous output.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and production procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and push/pull up to 51 lbs (assistance required for anything over 102 lbs).
• Must be able to stand and walk approximately 90% of the shift.
• Crouching or kneeling required approximately 15% of the shift.
• Sitting permitted during breaks or while operating a forklift (up to 10% of the shift).

Additional Requirements:

• Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with web path tension control systems.
