Concrete Mixer Driver

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Location: Broken Arrow, OK

• Pay: $17–$18 per hour

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (hours may vary based on business needs and weather)

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete truck safely and efficiently.

• Batch concrete using the Egan Control Computer.

• Apply mix design knowledge to ensure proper composition.

• Maintain an accurate inventory of materials.

• Keep bins and cement silos fully stocked.

• Troubleshoot mixers and conveyors as needed.

• Perform inventory checks and maintenance by climbing silos.

• Maintain effective communication with work teams by documenting actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.

• Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all safety regulations.

• Support team objectives by performing related tasks as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, push, and pull throughout the shift.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Work in a dusty environment regularly.

• Stand and move on feet for 8–12 hours per shift, including occasional mandatory Saturday shifts.

• Ability to climb and work at heights as needed for maintenance tasks.
