Structural Fitter

Pay: $22/hour
Location: Sapulpa, OK
Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday, occasional Saturdays)

Position Overview

We are hiring a Structural Fitter to join our steel fabrication team in Sapulpa. The Structural Fitter position is responsible for the precise fitting, layout, and alignment of steel components for large and complex projects, ensuring accuracy and readiness for welding and assembly.

Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to read blueprints and tape measure
• Previous welding experience a plus
• Must be able to work around overhead cranes, forklifts, and power equipment
• Safety-oriented mindset (position classified as SAFETY SENSITIVE)
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Fit, align, and prepare structural steel components for welding and assembly
• Perform work accurately using measuring devices and layout tools
• Follow all safety procedures in an industrial fabrication environment
• Assist welders and other team members to meet project deadlines as a Structural Fitter
• Complete work with attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Education

• Technical training or certification in welding, fitting, or metal fabrication a plus
