Job Position: Recycling Associate
Pay: $18 per hour
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM
Location: Tulsa, OK

Position Overview

The Recycling Associate is responsible for recycling electronics through various tasks, including receiving, shipping, sorting, palletizing, and dismantling equipment. This role requires working in non-climate-controlled warehouse environments and involves manual labor using hand and power tools. The position also includes opportunities for growth and learning, particularly in handling tools, materials, metals, and recycling processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Recycling Operations: Perform tasks related to electronics recycling, including receiving, shipping, sorting, palletizing, and dismantling equipment.
• Manual Labor: Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks; perform repetitive motions, standing, bending, and squatting.
• Material Handling: Lift and move products and materials weighing over 50 pounds.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety-sensitive work practices within non-climate-controlled environments.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a strong teamwork environment.
• Growth Potential: Take advantage of learning opportunities related to tools, materials, metals, and upskilling.
• Attendance Bonus: Earn a $40 Perfect Attendance Bonus weekly for maintaining punctuality and consistent attendance.

Requirements

• Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
