Job Title: Water Restoration Lead
Pay: $20+/hour
Hours: 30–60 hours per week (varies based on demand)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Water Restoration Lead Technician with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in water mitigation, restoration, or construction. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable of managing mitigation projects from start to finish in both residential and commercial settings. Emergency/on-call availability is required as part of a rotating schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to water damage claims and assess scope of damage
• Perform water mitigation services, including demolition, debris removal, and drying procedures
• Create accurate moisture mapping, documentation, and drying logs
• Maintain clear communication with property owners and project estimators
• Provide on-site leadership and direction to junior technicians
• Ensure safe handling and transport of equipment, debris, and materials

Required Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of experience in water mitigation, restoration, or a related construction trade
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and supervise others on-site
• Must be dependable, professional, and able to pass a background check and MVR screening

Preferred Qualifications:
• IICRC certification(s)
• 2+ years of documented water mitigation experience
