Forklift Operator / Shipping

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $17/hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator / Shipping Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Tulsa. This position plays a critical role in supporting warehouse and shipping operations, ensuring the efficient movement of materials and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to transport materials.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers efficiently and safely.
• Move raw materials to production areas and transport finished goods to storage or shipping zones.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory and follow all shipping and receiving protocols.
• Adhere to company safety procedures and operational policies at all times.
• Assist with general warehouse operations and housekeeping tasks.
• Prepare and package products for shipment per company and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments to ensure on-time deliveries.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating forklifts.
• At least 2 years of warehouse and shipping experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete shipping documentation.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
