Location: Catoosa, OK
Pay: $20–$24/hour + $2/hour shift differential
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM | Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 PM

About the Role

We are currently hiring a Final Assembler to join our team in Catoosa. In this position, you will play a vital role in the production process, working collaboratively to assemble coolers that meet customer specifications. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hand assembly of cooler components
• Use hand and power tools to build complete cooler units
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to execute tasks accurately
• Test and disassemble assemblies in preparation for shipment
• Safely operate manlifts and cranes
• Complete other duties as directed by the supervisor

Experience & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 6 months of experience in assembly within a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Comfortable working in tight or enclosed areas and at heights up to 6 feet
• Physically capable of climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Able to safely perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Committed to maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace
• Ability to identify and properly handle defective items
• Follows job safety analysis (JSA), work instructions, and uses designated PPE
• Takes pride in quality workmanship and the final product delivered to customers
