Job Title: Utility Shop Maintenance Helper
Pay Rate: $15–$18/hour
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary)
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Utility Shop Maintenance Helper to support daily operations in a dynamic warehouse and maintenance environment. This role involves hands-on responsibilities in shipping/receiving, equipment preparation, and facility upkeep. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight
• Inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments against packing lists
• Move inventory within the facility, ensuring items are properly stored
• Prepare used equipment for resale or service (cleaning, painting, labeling)
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and overhead cranes safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean and hazard-free warehouse, shop, and exterior grounds
• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts
• Match equipment, serial numbers, and accessories to sales orders
• Follow all safety procedures and company regulations
• Drive the company vehicle for pickups and deliveries as needed
• Support Shop Foreman and administrative staff with additional tasks

Required Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a shop environment
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance
• Must be able to lift and move heavy items with assistance and/or equipment
• Steel-toed boots required
