Job Title: Fiber Production Technician
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Shift: Night Shift | Monday – Thursday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Position Overview

We are hiring a motivated Electrospinning Production Operator to join our growing team in the textile manufacturing industry. This position involves operating precision equipment, managing web path handling, and ensuring product quality. Candidates with a background in textile converting or similar fields are encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment in an electrospinning environment
• Adjust web path tension and settings to meet quality and production goals
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with quality control standards
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and production procedures

Physical Requirements

• Lift and push/pull up to 51 lbs; assistance required for items over 102 lbs
• Stand and walk for 90% of the shift
• Crouch or kneel for approximately 15% of the shift
• Sit for up to 10% of the shift, including forklift operation

Additional Requirements

• Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Prior experience with web path tension control systems preferred
