Forklift Operator

Pay: $17.16/hour
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (some Fridays as needed)
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to support production operations in Tulsa. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for moving raw and finished materials through different phases of production, maintaining material inventory, and ensuring efficient material flow to meet production goals.

Required Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of sit-down forklift and stand-up forklift experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Lift truck operator’s license preferred (training available)
• Strong attention to safety, organization, and teamwork
• Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ lbs and work in varying climate conditions
• Clear verbal and written communication skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Move raw and finished materials through various stages of production
• Maintain raw material inventory, including unloading delivery vehicles
• Coordinate and complete necessary paperwork for material receipt
• Transport chassis through production, coating, and drying areas
• Maintain the exterior yard, including plowing, grading, and upkeep
• Assist in repair work and rotate into production team roles as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Operate equipment such as radios, stabilization devices, and measuring tools as a Forklift Operator

Preferred Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Technical training or forklift certification is a plus
