Pay: $17–19/hour DOE
Shift: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (hours may vary; OT as needed)

Purpose:

Owasso-based company seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our Parts Department. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our operators and ensuring parts are organized and ready for production. As a Shop Helper, you will be expected to work closely with other departments and take initiative to keep production running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

Parts Handling & Organization
• Sort, separate, and organize incoming and outgoing parts
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the parts storage area

Operator Support
• Assist machine operators with daily part needs and inventory requests
• Deliver parts to workstations as needed to support production flow

Inventory Coordination
• Track part usage and report shortages or discrepancies
• Help with restocking and labeling parts for easy identification

Team Collaboration
• Communicate effectively with operators and supervisors
• Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Willing to learn machine operations

A successful Shop Helper will take pride in maintaining efficiency in parts management and will consistently provide reliable support to machine operators and warehouse staff. This Shop Helper role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in a skilled trade environment.

Qualifications:

• Must have warehouse/manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move parts and materials safely
