Position Overview:
We’re hiring an experienced Structural Welder skilled in MIG welding for a night shift opportunity in Tulsa. This Structural Welder – MIG (3G Position) role involves welding vertical joints on structural steel using downhill root and uphill cap techniques. Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding in the 3G position on structural steel components.
• Weld vertical joints with precision using downhill root and uphill cap methods.
• Ensure high-quality welds that meet industry codes and customer specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience working as a Structural Welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Ability to pass a 3G MIG weld test (downhill root/MIG uphill cap).
• Strong knowledge of welding symbols and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
