Bilingual Staffing Assistant
Pay: $18.00/hour
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Brake Press Helper to assist with operating small press brake and roller machines. The Brake Press Helper will work alongside the primary operator while gaining experience toward eventually becoming the full-time operator of one of the machines.
Administrative Support
- Answer phones, take messages, and route calls professionally
- Schedule appointments and maintain organized files
- Prepare paperwork and assist with onboarding and orientations
- Keep internal databases updated with new hire info and employee records
- Translate and assist with Spanish Speaking Guests
Recruitment & Candidate/Recruiter/Client Support
- Greet walk-in candidates and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Screen and assist candidates using our kiosk system (password resets, task assignments, etc.)
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants
- Support Level 1 recruiting and screening efforts
- E-Verify, I-9’s, Background checks
- Verify current phone number, emergency contact, address, and email address
Must DOCUMENT all calls, transfers, messages given to recruiters and teams.
- Receptionist/Staffing Assistant Duties
- Greet all walk-in traffic with a friendly voice and smile.
- Fill up snack bin/water bin daily
- Wipe down door handle, chairs/computers/kiosks twice a day
- Have each person sign in, phone number, etc
- Screen walk-in traffic, if they have any experience, ask recruiter if there is something we have, based on pre-screen and NOTES
- Set walk-in traffic/candidates up on the kiosks
- Reset their passwords, assign their tasks
- Answer phones, Take messages, Document ATS
- Put callers on park, transfer to appropriate department, speak to recruiters.
- Check Texting System Daily- first thing in the morning and communicate with all clients of absences-- cc skilled team
- check voicemails first thing and throughout the day to communicate with client and cc team on absences
