Job Title: Manual Machinist
Pay: $16/hour
Location: Tulsa, OK
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary)
Job Type: Temp to Perm

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Manual Machinist to join our team in Tulsa. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of manual machine shop equipment. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, with a strong focus on safety, precision, and attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate all machines in the machine shop
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Provide and utilize personal hand tools required for machine operation
• Collaborate with the operations supervisor to repair or remanufacture obsolete parts
• Work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as directed by the operations supervisor

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience with grinders and MIG/TIG welding equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and use close-tolerance measuring instruments
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision

Physical Demands:

• Stand for extended periods
• Bend, kneel, stoop, and lift 50+ pounds regularly

Work Environment:

• Steel-toed boots required
• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, around moving equipment and electric tools
• Exposure to moderate to high noise levels in shop areas
