Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Bench Technician to join our Tulsa team. This hands-on role involves working with precision tools and equipment to create high-quality components while collaborating with experienced craftsmen. The Bench Technician position is ideal for someone with machining or manufacturing experience who values accuracy, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with precision – interpret blueprints, drawings, and instructions to produce accurate components.
• Operate specialized tools – use manual lathes, mills, drills, shears, rollers, and benders.
• Measure and assemble – utilize calipers, rulers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure top-tier quality.
• Collaborate and grow – work alongside expert craftsmen in a structured mentorship program.
• Maintain quality and safety – ensure all work meets company standards while following safety guidelines.

Position Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in machining, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with drill guides, jigs, weld jogs, and fixtures.
• Soldering and welding experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with calipers and micrometers preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience with scales, rulers, and protractors.
