Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Structural Welder to join a Sapulpa-based fabrication team. This role focuses on the fabrication, repair, and assembly of heavy steel structures. The Structural Welder will be responsible for performing precise welds, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 2G MIG/Flux welds that will be radiographed and bend-tested.
• Weld and assemble structural steel components to exact specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ensure all welding work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Assist with fabrication and repair projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

Requirements

• Must pass a 2G MIG/Flux test (radiographed and bend).
• Proven experience as a structural welder.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and welding precision.
• Commitment to following all safety protocols.
