Shift: Weekend | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40)
Training Schedule: First 2 weeks | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Available with Supervisor Approval

• Must have at least 2 years of welding experience

• Must have 3 years of experience in heavy manufacturing

Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified MIG/Fitter Welders for a reputable company that specializes in assembling and welding pole sections. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced welders who thrive in a structured and safety-focused environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately use welding measuring tools, including squares, levels, and tape measures

• Select and operate fabrication equipment; plan layout, assembly, and welding procedures

• Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts into position for welding

• Weld parts using Arc, Gas-Shielded Arc, or Gas Welding techniques

• Perform bolted assembly as needed

• Repair components by dismantling, reshaping, and reassembling with the aid of plate rolling machines, cutting machines, torches, and other welding equipment

• Clean poles and welds as required

• Maintain responsibility for all tools and equipment issued

• Adhere to all state/federal regulations, ISO Quality Program, company policies, and Safety & Environmental standards

Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor.
