Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Draftsman to join our client’s growing team near Pawnee, OK. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers long-term stability and competitive pay. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with a background in industrial drafting or steel fabrication highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and revise technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop accurate fabrication and installation drawings
• Interpret project specifications and engineering notes
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations
• Support active construction and repair projects involving above ground storage tanks

Qualifications:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Experience in steel fabrication or a related industrial field preferred
• High attention to detail and drawing accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents
• Strong communication and organizational skills
