Job Title: Traffic Coordinator
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM | Some Saturdays, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
Pay: $15/hour

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a Traffic Coordinator to assist with forklift spotting and traffic control during equipment movement. This role plays a vital part in ensuring safety on site, especially when operations require temporary road closures. Additional responsibilities include maintaining yard cleanliness by removing wood, pallets, and other materials related to transportation activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Direct forklift operations using radios and hand signals to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Manage street traffic during equipment movement, including stopping traffic when necessary.
• Clean the yard area of debris and transportation-related materials.
• Remain on your feet for at least 90% of the workday.
• Wear and maintain all required PPE including hard hat, safety vest, hearing protection, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and gloves.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and noisy environments.
• Perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have a consistent and reliable work history.
• Ability to pass a national background check and drug screening.
• Capable of working long hours in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work safely in a team environment.
• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and open to learning.
