Job Title: Burn Table Operator
Pay Rate: $18+/hour (Plus $1 Shift Differential)
Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Sapulpa, Oklahoma

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Burn Table Operator to join a fabrication team in Sapulpa. This safety-sensitive position requires working around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, and other automated equipment. Ideal candidates will have a background in fabrication and be capable of performing precise cutting and material prep tasks according to detailed specifications.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate burn table machinery
• Drill and cut materials according to the cutting list and shop drawings
• Maintain productivity levels that meet company-defined standards
• Ensure all work meets established quality benchmarks
• Consistently follow company safety procedures and 5S standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to complete project assignments safely and efficiently

Job Requirements:

• Basic fabrication shop experience required
• Proficient in operating overhead cranes and power tools
• Ability to read and write basic shop communications
• Skilled in using a standard shop tape measure
• Able to interpret shop drawings, cutting lists, and bills of materials
• Demonstrated desire to grow skills and perform in a professional team setting
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
