Job Title: Component Assembler
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: Monday – Saturday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $13.50/hour (Day Shift)
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Component Assembler to join a production team in Tulsa. This role involves trimming and assembling component parts using various hand and machine tools in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to meet production goals safely and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Trim and assemble component parts using hand tools and bench equipment.
• Pin obsidian plugs to ensure components are aligned and properly secured.
• Perform final trimming as required.
• Complete all necessary job-related paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety protocols as required for a Safety-Sensitive position.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and collaborate to solve problems.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic bench equipment.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of job-specific paperwork and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Moderate physical effort, including prolonged standing.
• Frequent use of hands and repetitive motions involving fingers, wrists, elbows, shoulders, and neck.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs from floor to waist.
• Ability to speak clearly and perform close-distance inspections and measurements.
• Occasional reaching/lifting while holding objects up to 20 lbs.

Work Environment:

• Climate-controlled manufacturing facility with high noise levels.
• Occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals, fumes, and gases.
